Dress Code - Most golf courses have a strict code about clothing both on the course and in the clubhouse. All members are requested to wear their Society shirts on outings.
Handicaps - All handicaps are calculated and maintained following CONGU regulations using Handicapmaster software. All handicap decisions are final.
New Members - New members are required to attend at least three monthly outings as a visitor before their name can be put forward for membership. This must first be proposed and seconded by two members, all members will be consulted then it will go to a committee meeting.
Anyone wishing to resign from the society may do so at any time but membership fees for that current year will not be refunded.
Any member missing a monthly outing will be deducted 0.1 from their handicap.
Any member wanting to raise an issue should contact any of the committee listed above
